Returns & Exchanges

At Run Trails, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next adventure. If your trail shoes or apparel aren't the right fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the gear is clean of any trail debris or dirt.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
